Will is the CEO of Key Group’s two distribution divisions – Key Advice and Answers in Retirement (Air). Will joined the Group in March 2014 as Corporate Business Development Director.

Prior to working for Key Group, Will was Director of Corporate Partnerships at specialist annuity provider Partnership. Will has also performed senior sales and proposition development roles within the later life market including as Commercial Leader for Genworth’s European Retirement and Protection business and as Head of Distribution at Lincoln Financial Group. His early career was spent in the fund management and investment banking sectors working for JP Morgan and UBS.

Will’s role is to support the safe growth of the later life lending market. Through the sector’s most established distribution brand, Key Advice, Will oversees the promotion and delivery of the advice proposition both direct to customers and through the B2B referral service, Key Partnerships. Leading Air, the intermediary support services business specialising in later life lending, he is responsible for equipping external advisers with sourcing/research tools and the professional development resources which enable them to deliver consistently good outcomes for customers.
