Simon joined Key Group in April 2021 as Chief Financial Officer with overarching responsibility for a number of integral departments including finance, human resources, property, data and business intelligence.
 
Previously, Simon held senior finance positions in the general insurance and pan-European logistics industries. Most recently acting as CFO at private equity (PE) backed insurance consolidator Bravo Group, which provides support and services to a network of owned and independent insurance brokers across the UK.  At Bravo, Simon concluded 42 acquisitions in less than five years, and refinanced the group’s acquisition funding debt, he was also responsible for shareholder relations dealing with the two US Private Equity backers
 
His career has also included roles at Crawford & Co, AON and P&O as well as other PE backed businesses.  Simon leads many of the Group service functions which focus on ensuring high quality results are achieved through best practice thus supporting the growth ambitions of the group.
