Alison joined Key Group in 2006, bringing in house a previously outsourced function. Alison leads a team of HR, L&D and Facilities professionals who are dedicated to supporting a high growth and fast-paced business.
Alison is responsible for the Group People Strategy, which supports the development and achievement of our people to create an inclusive and high-performance culture; enabling the delivery of our strategic objectives and outstanding customer service.
